2016 Sponsorship Opportunities:

The Navajo County Fair wants to help your Business/Company grow by advertising your Business/Company ALL YEAR LONG.

All arena signs stay up for (1) year, not a couple days just for the event. There are numerous events that are held at the fairgrounds from barrel races to livestock shows to bull ridings to tool sales, just to name a few. All signs are on 4'x8' sheets of plywood (we supply the board and do all the painting).

A lot have said, why support the Navajo County Fair it's in Holbrook how will that help me? The reason you should is because it gets your Business/Company exposure to over 48,000 people throughout the year. There is not another event or facility that will promote your Business/Company for ONE YEAR at such an affordable rate and by supporting the Navajo County Fair you are supporting the residents of Navajo County who enter the fair and are awarded premiums and awards from the county fair.

And all of those 48,000 people need to shop somewhere. It takes a lot of Volunteers and Sponsors through-out the County to put on the Navajo County Fair. The County Fair is mainly funded through your support.

The Navajo County Fair will be held from September 14-18, 2016. The Events that will be taking place at the fair are: Jr. Miss Pageant, Rodeo, LiL Buckaroo Rodeo, Open Jr. Rodeo, Saturday night concert featuring EMERSON DRIVE, Demolition Derby, Open Class Exhibits, Entertainment, Carnival, Jr. Livestock Show & Auction, 4-H Exhibits & Horse Show, plus much more. We were voted #1 rodeo again for the 12th year running by the rodeo contestants from around the country and will be a part of the Ram Rodeo Series again this year. Last year we had over 27,000 spectators through the gate, just at the fair alone. The Navajo County Fair is in need of the following sponsor levels:

(Shirts, Hats, Rollabanas, Fan Clappers, Cups, Balls, Etc.)

This Sponsorship is specific for supplying the fair & rodeo with promotional items advertising your communities & Business's. The Fair & Rodeo will distribute those promotional items w/Sponsor Logo for audience give-a-ways for you.
This is a great way to promote your Business/Company or Event. Ideas are limitless.

$350 Arena Sign Sponsor

This Sponsorship is specific for sponsoring one of the Arena Signs.
1 (4 ft x 8 ft) Arena Sign Painted with Sponsor Name and information.
We supply the board and do all of the painting you just supply the information

$1,500 Rodeo Event Sponsor (Limited number available)

This Sponsorship is specific for sponsoring one of the Events of the Rodeo. Rodeo Events: Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Team Roping (Header or Heeler), Tie Down Roping, Break-Away Roping, Steer Wrestling, Bull Riding, Incentive Team Roping (Header or Heeler), Incentive Calf Roping. Sponsor to supply sponsor flag.
Flag with Sponsor Name and /or Logo to be carried on horseback in Grand Entry and for Sponsor Runs by Rodeo Royalty during both rodeo performances.
Name Announced by Rodeo Announcer during both rodeo performances.
