Department G – Food Preservation

Standard pint or quart jars must be used.  Canned goods will be judged without opening because of food spoilage or waste.  Fancy packs are not considered in judging.  Canning must have been done by the exhibitor during the past year.  Exhibitor may enter more than one exhibit in each class, provided that each variety is named.  For Exhibit Drop Off information see page 16.
